All your aptitude assessments. Finally in one system.

From the curricular analysis to the committee's decision. Everyone involved works live on the same data, on your servers.

Your applicant data stays with you.

MasterEV
Dashboard of a study programmeThe real MasterEV dashboard, scaled down. A simulated colleague moves applications through the stages step by step, and the counters follow.

One system for all your procedures.

MasterEV maps each procedure exactly as your study and examination regulations define it. Study programmes and application rounds run side by side in one system, each with its own stages and rules. The applicant module adds the curricular analysis, without Excel templates and without a second system.

MasterEV

For committees, reviewers and programme administration

Everyone sees exactly the part of the procedure they are responsible for. Every entry reaches everyone else at once.

  • Several study programmes and application rounds side by side
  • Stages, steps and scoring rules from your regulations
  • Roles and permissions: everyone sees only what they may see
  • Separate accounts for applicants and staff
  • Validated input instead of typos in spreadsheets
  • Interview invitations with calendar entry
  • History of every application: who changed what and when
  • Connection to campus management systems such as CAMPUSonline
  • In German and English

Applicant module

Extension for the curricular analysis

Applicants have one central account for all your study programmes. There they enter their previous modules themselves and assign them to your subject groups. The committee checks them right in the application.

  • One account for all applications, sign-in by email, or on request through your university's single sign-on
  • Modules, credits and grades come from the applicants
  • Minimum credits per subject group, calculated for you
  • Review and recognition by the committee
  • Grades and conversions by your rules
  • Confirmation of receipt for applicants

Try it. You don't review alone.

Fill in review 1 while Prof. Dr. Brandt takes review 2. He is only an example user, but he really joins in.

Change a score: the field saves itself. You see which field he is working on, and the result combines both reviews. This is how your committee will work later.

The demo runs only in your browser. What you enter never leaves your device.

Reviews 1 and 2
Reviewer stepReal step components: two reviews side by side, automatic saving, the result band. You fill in review 1 while Prof. Dr. Brandt fills in review 2.
Curricular analysis, committee review
Applicant moduleReal components of the curricular analysis, as the committee sees it. You accept modules or not, and the total per subject group follows. A simulated colleague checks the same analysis.

The committee checks module by module.

Applicants enter their modules themselves, and you receive a complete, consistent analysis. For each reference module the committee sees the applicant's module and decides yes or no, and the total per subject group follows.

Watch Jonas Albrecht, an example user, check modules live, and join in. This is how several members of your committee work in the same analysis at once.

All applicant data stays with you.

You get your own, complete installation on your servers. No database shared with other universities, no cloud service in between.

On-premise
Application, database and files run on your servers. We take care of operation and updates.
Permissions down to the single document
Reviewers only see the applications and steps they are assigned to. The database checks this on every access.
Secure sign-in
Staff sign in with single sign-on via your university login, a passkey or a classic password. Applicants need no password; they receive a login link by email.

In use for years at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and the University of Technology Nuremberg (UTN).
